BOARD OF DIRECTORS
STATEMENT OF VALUES

Integrity.  We have a duty to maintain and strengthen our members’ trust and confidence in the integrity of the Board.  This means our actions and decisions will be in our members’ interest and not act in order to gain financial or other benefits for ourselves, our family, friends or business interests.

Accountability.  We are accountable to our members for our actions and decisions and we will consider issues on their merits, taking into account the views of others.  This means recording reasons for decisions, submitting to scrutiny, keeping proper records, establishing audit trails and fully disclosing actual or potential conflict of interests.

Transparency.  We have a duty to be as transparent as possible about our actions and decisions, giving reasons for decisions and restricting information only when the wider membership interest clearly demands.   This means our financial statements and minutes of our meetings will be published on our website.

 Covenant Violations.  If you think a covenant is being violated please take a picture of the suspected violation.  Send that picture(s) to any board member.  The Board will determine if a violation has occurred.  If so, the violation will be cited and a compliance letter will be sent to the property owner found to be in violation.  The property owner will never be informed as to who raised the question of a violation.  This process is designed to protect the identity of anyone wishing to report a violation and to ensure equal treatment and enforcement to all concerned parties.

Respect.  We will treat everyone with respect at all times.
