MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS AT THE SWIM, TENNIS & FITNESS FACILITY
HOA dues provide all residents of StoneBridge, in good financial standing, a recreational package that includes tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. Residents automatically become members of the facilities with the payment of their annual homeowner's dues. Children and grandchildren of resident members have the same access and privileges of the resident family at no additional cost.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS: Associate memberships are for families that reside outside of StoneBridge. The maximum number of associate memberships will be 75. Annual dues are $850, which will provide access to all swim, tennis and gym. Summer only memberships are available for $600 including gym access. Either membership option requires payment in full, in advance. There is no prorating the agreement and no refunds. All associate members will be required to have an ACH agreement on file to ensure payment of any uncollected concession or other charges.

All users of the Facility must have a Hold Harmless Agreement on file at the Facility office. The agreement can be printed by clicking on the name of the form.

RULES, POLICIES & SIGNAGE:
Proper etiquette, language, and courtesy must be observed at all times and in all areas of the Facility. Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, (including e-cigarettes and vapors), and firearms are not permitted on our premises. All members and invited guests shall abide by the rules and policies established, including any additions, changes, or deletions, and signage located throughout the facility. These rules and policies are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Any member or guest, who in the opinion of the staff, violates any rule or policy may be asked to leave the facility and/or have their privileges revoked. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES.
SWIMMING As a member, you'll enjoy:
• A private Junior Olympic size pool; • Our snack bar for dining poolside; • A place to host private poolside parties that is perfect for birthdays, graduations and summer enjoyment; • Private swim lessons during the summer months. POOL SEASON: The pool opens when school is out, and closes Labor Day. During the pool season the pool hours are 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM, seven days a week. Reduced weekday hours go into effect when school begins in August. Swimming after hours or after dark is NEVER PERMITTED. BEVERAGES AND FOOD: A full service snack bar, which is open during pool hours, serving a variety of food, snacks, and beverages has been provided for members and guests. The snack bar is member charge only. Statements will be issued once at the end of the summer. IN ORDER TO CHARGE CONCESSION PURCHASES AN ACH AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT MUST BE ON FILE! DRESS CODE: All swimmers must wear proper swim attire. No jeans, cut-offs, etc. are allowed in the pool. BOOKING A PARTY: Contact the Pool Manager for rates and rules. All Private Parties are $250 per hour with a two hour minimum. SAFETY POOL: Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 16 years of age at all times. Pool rules are posted at the Swim Facility. |
TENNISWe have five hard courts lighted for night play. Residents only, but residents may have three guests but the resident must also be playing with the guest.
TENNIS HOURS: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Seasonally, the restrooms are available during pool hours only. DRESS CODE: All players must wear proper tennis attire. Bathing suits, jeans, jams, cut-offs, etc. are not allowed on the courts. Players must wear shirts at all times. Only regulation tennis shoes are allowed on the courts to help prevent damage to the court surface. Lacrosse practice must end at 7:00 p.m. each day. |
FITNESSThe workout room is equipped with variable resistance machines and free weight equipment. The cardiovascular area contains 3 treadmills, a stationary bike, 3 elliptical machines, a four station exercise machine and a Smith machine. NO GUESTS, NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16.
