Board of Directors
StoneBridge Community Association, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of six residents elected by the homeowners. Terms are staggered such that two are elected at the annual meeting of the homeowners each year. Board members serve a three year term. The annual meeting is the first Monday of April. Board Meeting Minutes Covenants Articles of Incorporation Frequently Asked Questions Architectural Review (PDF) All new construction and any improvements must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee before construction begins. This includes, but is not limited to, buildings, additions, swimming pools, patio covers, awning, color of paint on exterior surfaces, walkways, driveways, screening, walls, retaining walls, stairs, decks, fixtures, poles, signs, exterior tanks, solar energy fixtures and solar panels, exterior lighting and landscaping. COVENANT REMINDERS!
Below are a few of the covenants we see most violated. Please remember that our covenants help maintain the integrity, value and quality of StoneBridge. You should note that the only common area is the swim and tennis facility. Rules governing the use and expected conduct are posted at the pool and in the gym. There are no other common areas or rules published by the Board of Directors that apply to property not owned by StoneBridge Community Association, Inc.
• No signs are allowed, including garage sale signs and political signs, except for signs advertising a property for sale or rent or a sign used by a builder during construction.
. Yard maintenance, including flower bed weeding, shrubbery and tree pruning, and a well kept appearance of your home and property are mandatory. Please make every effort to store yard waste by-products behind your house, out of sight, until the night before trash pick up.
. Go-carts, mini-bikes, 3 and 4-wheelers are not permitted anywhere in the neighborhood. Streets in StoneBridge are public, not private. Underage driving of golf carts on city streets is not permitted.
• Utility trailers are not permitted to be parked (dropped) in the driveway or street.
• Homeowners are not permitted to park their vehicles on the street or on lawns.
• All vehicles must be parked in a garage or screened in a backyard at all times and are not permitted to be parked on the street.
• Recreational Vehicles are not permitted to remain in site on the street or private property.
• The Architectural Control Committee can grant parking on private property for a 24 hour period to allow loading and unloading.
• Work vehicles that display any business name must be kept out of view from the street.
